Your Go Figure Customer ID # is your account number with Go Figure and is needed anytime you need to contact us. It is a 6-digit number that you can find on any invoice you receive from Go Figure. If you are still not able to find this number, you can call our Technical Support line and one of our agents should be able to locate your record using the owner's name or the zip/postal code of your establishment.
