Kyle Zagrodzky, founder and CEO of Go Figure Inc. established the company in 1999 due to the challenges he faced with member and money management from owning and operating his nine Curves® franchises. Addressing the club owner’s needs with an all-in-one business software solution was the founding vision of Go Figure, Inc. Kyle’s innovative strategies on employee training, retention management and leadership within the Curves community awarded him the Curves Multi-Franchisee of the Year in 1999. His knowledge of effective club management solutions has made the iGoFigure software the world’s largest provider of member management software, running over 8,500 health clubs in 25 countries, and is endorsed by the largest fitness franchise in the world.

Kyle is currently writing a book that details his small business experiences and success with hiring, training and keeping good employees.
Kyle is a member of IHRSA and is a frequent speaker at Curves Conventions held world-wide. In August 2005, he received the Heartbeat of America, Keeping America Strong award. Kyle holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Houston and a black belt in five different types of martial arts. |
