| Installation Procedure |

| Download |
| 1. |
Click on the Install Retention Management button (below) and click Save from the File Download screen. |
| 2. |
From the Save in field, select Desktop and then click Save. |
| 3. |
Double-click on the InstallRM folder on your Desktop. |
| 4. |
Double-click on the Retention Management.msi file from inside the folder. |
| 5. |
Follow the instructions listed in the Install section below to complete the installation. |

| 1. |
Double-click on the Retention Management.msi file and click Next to continue. |
| 2. |
Select I Agree and then click Next. |
| 3. |
Click Next to start the installation process.

| 4. |
Click Close and proceed to the Setup section of this user guide. |

| Setup |
| 1. |
Launch iGo Figure (Version 3.4 or higher). |
| 2. |
Click More Options from the Main Menu. |
| 3. |
Click iGoConnect and click the Retention Management link. |
| 4. |
Click the Settings tab. |
| 5. |
Enter the appropriate password and click OK. |
| 6. |
Enter the RM ID provided by Retention Management. |
| 7. |
Click Save and then click OK. |

| Registration |
| 1. |
Click the Register tab. |
| 2. |
Contact the Go Figure Registration department at 877.463.4487 (US), 281.207.0007 (Canada), or +1 281 207 0014 (International) and give them the license key shown on the screen. |

Enter the registration number provided by the Go Figure representative in the Registration # field and then click Activate. |
| 4. |
Click I Agree to the license agreement and then click OK. |
| 5. |
Click Back To List to return to the iGo Connect list. |
| 6. |
A check mark now appears next to Retention Management indicating it is enabled. |
| 7. |
Click Back To Menu to return to the More Options Menu. |
